Requires Spacesuit Design level 1.
As an added bonus, this also adds an alternative helmet for the Ranger set.
The helmet works in space / hazards btw.
Also has green and yellow visor option.
This is obtainable by converting an existing Ranger helmet via workbench.
Recipe will only appear if you have the components as not to add to further congestion.
