Changes Damage Modifiers so that the Player and NPCs do the same amount of damage to each other for more realism. Works for all difficulties.

Simple Game Setting edit that changes Damage Modifiers so that the Player and NPCs do the same amount of damage to each other for more realism. If you use other mods that make the player or NPCs “less spongy” if shouldn’t have any conflict, since this uses the Damage Modifiers that are tied to the game’s difficulty setting. Works for all difficulties.
Normal difficulty remains unchanged because it already uses 1:1 Damage Modifiers.
Optional Console Command Runner support.
Install instructions are in the archive.

Once we get xEdit for Starfield I will update this mod to use a proper plugin.
