Makes the Particle Beam Starborn power useful.
“Shoot a beam of pure particle energy that deals high amounts of damage to enemies in front of you” is the in game description for the Particle Beam Power. Well, anyone who has actually used this power knows this isn’t true. This mod fixes that.
