VBB (Voluptuous Body for Beauties) – New Proportions for Female Characters
VBB updates the female body mesh with genuine proportional edits allowing for a slight to massive increase in the size of the breasts, waist, butt, and thighs.
Neutral body proportions are required in order for this mod to function in an expected manner! If you want to update an existing character, you can do so by visiting any Enhance store in-game or by using the showlooksmenu player 2 console command.
Please read through the notes at this bottom of the description before leaving comments questioning the capabilities of this mod! VBB is NOT and will NEVER be similar to or a competitor of BodySlide. It simply serves as a demonstration of what is possible for myself to create at this point in Starfield’s lifespan in accordance with my own interests.
Method 1 (recommended):
Install ZIP from Main Files with a modern mod manager. The FOMOD installer will guide you through installation.
– Mod Organizer 2 (recommended): Use the first main file. Beta builds for MO2 compatible with Starfield are available on their Discord server.
Method 2:
– If not already done, set up your INI with archive invalidation.
– Open the mod archive and, in the numerical order provided, traverse the folder hierarchies for your desired options until encountering a geometries, meshes, or textures folder, copying each to your desired Data folder.
Support will not be provided for issues encountered with manual installs as they are inherently a more complex, and easier to damage, method of modding, which is under normal circumstances only intended for advanced users that understand this risk.
Notes:
1. VBB replaces the mesh file utilized by all female characters capable of being stripped naked. At this time it is not feasible to make player and NPC proportions unique.
2. VBB does not ship with new body textures. Screenshots utilized by this mod page include one or more textures from the following sources:
– CRT – ANDREJA SKIN (SK3) (modified, unreleased due to author denying permission to distribute)
– XS Sporty Sexy Sweat – Wet body skin texture for Starfield
3. While VBB has UVs theoretically compatible with all previously released texture replacers, the increased proportions may cause trouble with textures designed for the original body. Until mod authors release updated textures, experiment and find what’s best for you!
4. VBB does not adjust most clothing, and does not add any new polygons. This can at times lend to strange shading on portions of the body that are especially stretched by the new proportions.
