More Survey Missions alternate v1
Relaxes the requirements for the radiant survey missions, allowing for more distant missions. No more empty Constellation mission board.
This is a modified version of More survey missions, with the only difference being it wont send you to find traits on partially surveyed planets, as there was an issue where it sometimes sent you to discover traits you had already discovered.
This is a full replacement of the MSM mod, only install this one or the other one.
