Yes, it’s me.
I recently started playing Starfield again, so obviously I started modding Starfield again. This is the beginning of what I plan to be a comprehensive hair collection mod to my personal style.
This will be a long process, as I am basically relearning everything and real life is Happening. So please be patient while I tinker and hopefully enjoy what is available
It by no means a perfect mod, and I am aware of that fact.
These are standalone and do not replace or interfere with any vanilla hairstyles. They also use vanilla hair textures, so will be effected by those.
Please read the information below instead of commenting something silly and please submit user pictures, I love to see them!
HAIR INFORMATION:
Long Bob – heavily edited version of “Sarah’s” hair. It has been refined since my original mod and in my opinion looks a lot better. It has physics and a very ugly hat version that I intend to fix when I can wrap my head around how that nonsense works. Female only FOR NOW.
INSTALLATION:
Download with mod manager or manually drag the contents of the zip to your starfield/data folder.
COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER HAIR MODS:
It is compatible with other mods that edit the chargen formlist to add things to the character creator.
DO HATS WORK?
Not right now, but I’m learning more about that kind of stuff and will attempt to make hairs that will have a hat version. Some may not have it due to style/size not fitting hats.
I WANT THEM ON NPCS:
For companions, the easiest option is the download Enhance Companions. This gives you the option to select your active companion while at Enhance in game and edit them to your liking. For any modders that wish to edit these hairstyles onto npcs specifically, you’re welcome to do so – but please do not upload any original files outside of your patch esp/esm and always link back to this mod.
WHY NO MAN VERSION WHAT ABOUT MAN PLEASE MAKE MAN VERSION:
There will be, eventually. As I said, I am relearning everything and what is available at the moment was the result of trial and error. Have patience.
