FASTER Movement for Exploring Planets
Tired of slow walking to find the last few flora or fauna? Here are 3 simple bat files that let you change your default walk/run speed to 3 times faster… and then back again.
It really sucks to spend 2 or 3 whole minutes just walking in order to scan something. typing player.setav speedmult 300 ain’t hard but typing a bat is faster!
Install: just add the three files to your Starfield folder (common/starfield/HERE)
if you use vortex, take the files out of fastermovement folder and copypaste them in common/starfield. sorry this is my first mod thing every and I don’t know how to make a zipfile put the files where they go without manually moving them.
How it works:
use ` to enter console.
type: BAT FAST
to go 3 times faster in god mode.
[why add god mode? you will easily get sprains/broken legs and rarely… die…. godmode just makes sure you don’t die. also you can run into enemies… i would run back far away and then go back to normal mode.]
type: bat DP
to go back to da default mode.
using bat dd will take away god mode, put you at normal speed, and give you a panacea. because while exploring you will often get hurt.
