Settings can be configured in po3_TweaksSF.ini (in Data/SFSE/Plugins). Config will auto generate if missing and new settings will be appended to the file with each update.

Avoid teleporting to jail when paying fines

Don’t pick up books you’ve read unless they’re quest items/skill books/have value and can be sold
