Reduces excessive NPC greetings / chatter to be less annoying.

Default gamesettings have NPC’s constantly greeting you with dialogue any time you pass by, after which they go on a brief 15-30sec timeout.
This quickly becomes repetitive and annoying.

This “mod” reduces how often that happens by modifying several gamesettings via StarfieldCustom.ini

Decrease Greeting Distance to 1 (Default is 2.5)
setgs fAIMinGreetingDistance 1.000000

Increase Greeting Timeout to 5 min (Default is 15 to 30 sec)
setgs fAIHelloTimer 300.000000
setgs fAIGreetingTimer 300.000000
setgs fAIExclusiveGreetingTimer 300.000000
setgs fPlayerGreetingSameActorTimer 300.000000

Install
Download provided StarfieldCustom.ini and place in the folder \…\Documents\My Games\Starfield\
