issue this consule command.
open terminal, select the vendor NPC
type spawndupe
this will add second merchant he will have the correct list
This mod let you buy ANY ship spreaded over 3 ShipYards
I understand some people dont see the ships.
on a new save it will work fine. but for some reason once you visited the technician he doesnt update the new list.
a workaround is that i copy the list to multiple technician and hope its 1 you didnt visited yet.
ùake me a suggestion for 3 least visited and ill post and additional version.
