Wanted to test out the early modding process, so I made this kinda quickly. Feel free to reuse the textures. If you have any questions as to how something works ask in the comments, textures are pretty different in this game compared to Fallout 4, since it uses a true PBO system for once.

Installation instructions from Epiphany:
Extract the contents of the zipfile to the %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Starfield\ directory.
In the same folder, make sure your StarfieldCustom.ini contains the following:
