The game’s default output gamma is 2.4 which is standard for TV and darkroom projections. This makes the game look to dark and contrasty on the standard PC monitor. This mod changes the output gamma to around 2.2(standard for pc monitors in a well lit environment).

Installation: extract and the drag the file to C:\Users\PC\Documents\My Games\Starfield or wherever your gamesaves are located. You can also copy and paste the content of the file to StarfieldCustoms.ini if you already have one in the location.
