Cheap Ship Register
A real Space Scoundrel shouldn’t need to pay so much to register their ‘legally’ acquired ship, let’s fix that! This mod allows you to change ship ‘register to sell’ ratio value to something more appropriate.
Installation:
– Go to your /Documents/My Games/Starfield folder and find StarfieldCustom.ini (create one if it doesn’t exist)
– Add this to the file to enable modding (if it isn’t already there):

– sResourceDataDirsFinal=
– Add this to the file to set starting console commands when game launches:
– [General]
– sStartingCjavascript-event-strippedbat cheapRegister
– OR if already using this command for other bat files or commands:
– [General]
– sStartingCjavascript-event-strippedbat cheapRegister; bat fov100; bat moreXP
– OR if you want to consolidate this line, you can merge all bat (.txt files) into one:
– [General]
– sStartingCjavascript-event-strippedbat allStartConsoleCommand
– Drag the mod content to the game root folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield)
Quick Setup:
The command to add to the bat, where the value is the percentage of the ship value that registering will cost (20% here):
setgs fSpaceshipRegisterValueMult 0.20
