Give Starfield the punk look it deserves. This is a lut tweak file that used GeForce Experience to add the main touches. Sorry my AMD users. I will see if I can get access to AMDs filter in the future, but for now Nvidia cards. I used my 2080ti and 4090 both worked perfect.

Install the file into you Data folder start the game with Nvidia GeForce overlays on and hit ALT+F3 to bring up game filter. Hit 1 and add the 4 filters see in the images and set like mine. You may need to adjust gamma and brightness to taste for your monitor.
